The Front Nine -
Hole 2
This
is the second hole, a par 4. The views are from
tee box, the middle of the fairway at
about 250 yards, and at the green. On this hole
you again need to drive straight down the
fairway towards the green. From there
you should be able to hit a nice shot
onto the green. This hole is wide and
you have lots of
fairway.
On the right you have
fairly open trees that divide the second
and eighth holes. On the left, you have
the access path, some telephone poles
and further down a short, steep hill is
the railroad tracks. Guarding the green
are two good size bunkers on the left
and right with a small path right down
the middle that leads to the green. The
backside of the green has some room for
error, but not much, there is the
maintenance shop. There is a drop zone
if you get nabbed in here though.
